We would like to inform you that on 18 January 2019 the book entitled “Whistleblowers in organizations. How to effectively implement a system for reporting irregularities” was released. The authors of the publication are Rafal Hryniewicz and Krzysztof Krak, high-level employees of Law Enforcement Agencies with years of experience, who have practical knowledge about the subject of the book.
The objective of the publication is to identify keys elements of effective implementation and functioning of abuse reporting systems in organizations. The authors try not only to introduce the reader to who whistleblowers are in Poland and what their legal status is, but also to present a practical guide to implementation of a system for whistleblowers in organizations that are legally obliged to have such systems or want to consciously and effectively manage the risk of abuse with the help of whistleblowers.
