      Natalia Jarmużek-Troczyńska

      Natalia Jarmużek-Troczyńska

Senior Strategic Project Lead, Advisor to the Managing Director

I joined the Polish Platform for Homeland Security in 2010 when the team was just three people. Since then, PPHS has grown into a dynamic organisation, actively involved in various security-related areas. This journey has been crucial to my professional growth, providing me with opportunities for development and collaboration on both national and international levels.

My main focus is the prevention of radicalisation, but I also feel comfortable working on other areas, like community policing and crime prevention. In recent years, I have played a dual role as Head of the Project Department, overseeing various projects, while also managing our H2020 project, INDEED, which focused on evidence-based design and evaluation in the P/CVE field. Thanks to this, I have developed extensive experience in managing and implementing complex international projects.

Currently, I am actively involved with the EU Knowledge Hub on Prevention of Radicalisation, a major initiative launched by the European Commission in this field. As Senior Strategic Project Lead, I have the opportunity to lead large-scale international projects and provide strategic advice to the Managing Director on new growth opportunities for PPHS.

While working, I enjoy feeling that I can contribute, even in a small way, to positive change in my surroundings, whether near or far. My role at PPHS offers such opportunities, much like my previous experience in local government.

As a Project Manager, I draw on over a decade of experience in leading EU-funded initiatives. With a background in international relations, I love working in a multicultural and diverse environment. During project implementation, I apply my knowledge of strategic processes, policy development and monitoring, supporting social dialogue, networking, and organising themed events.

I am a Project Manager with over 7 years of experience. At PPHS I want to continue developing my skills in managing international projects, in cooperation with many entities, which I have improved in recent years.

My current job is also supported by the experience I have gained preparing clients to obtain EU funding for innovative technologies, which I did at the beginning of my professional career.

The above, combined with gaining knowledge in the field of security, which is extremely important for every person, gives me the feeling that I can contribute to changing the world for the better.
