Communication Specialist

Working with us, you will:

• Create social media content and manage channels to maximise engagement.
• Gather information, write, edit, and publish valuable articles.
• Produce clear, visually appealing, and professional presentations and newsletters.
• Support video production and photo shoots.
• Edit simple video materials for social media and learn advanced editing techniques.
• Actively participate in international communication initiatives, including occasional travel across Europe.
• Assist in the preparation of communication reports.
• Contribute to a wide range of communication tasks as required.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• The ability to create engaging content in both Polish and English.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of photo and graphic editing.
• Skills in creating simple video materials for online publication.
• Familiarity with MS PowerPoint and the ability to create professional presentations.
• Knowledge of the WordPress platform.
• The ability to quickly learn new tools, including AI-based software.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, Audition, or Google Ads.
• Knowledge of photography, filming techniques, and digital camera operation.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway).
• Experience in managing social media communities.
