The third Whistleblowing Summit

We are delighted to invite you to the Whistleblowing Summit 2022, which will be held online on December 8th this year. The meeting will focus on the operational aspects of breach notification and whistle-blower protection systems.

Since all European Union countries were required to implement the requirements of the EU directive on the systemic protection of whistle blowers (people who report violations) until December 17, last year, over 20 experts will share their experiences in the field of whistleblowing this year. Our speakers will examine the problem from legal, organizational, technological, and psychological perspectives.

However, the motivation for implementing an effective system should not only be the law, including the sanctions provided for in it, but also the rational and responsible operation of each organization, allowing for the risk of irregularities to be minimized. The effective implementation of such a system, which brings significant benefits to the organization (security, stable development, positive image) while avoiding risks (sanctions, damages, loss of image), is a complex process that necessitates a significant amount of commitment as well as conscious and consistent operation of the organization.
