On the occasion of the International Anticorruption Day, we would like to invite you to participate in the second edition of the national “Effective prevention of corruption and other undesirable phenomena in public administration” conference, organized by Polish Platform for Homeland Security and the Anticorruption Academy. The event will take place on 9th December 2019 in the quarters of the Stefan Batory Foundation in Warsaw ( Sapieżyńska Street 10a, Jerzy Turowicz Conference Room).
The objective of the conference is to exchange views and experiences on building effective tools for counteracting corruption and other abuses in public institutions. One of the discussed topics will refer to ethics in public administration as a basis for counteracting mobbing and the risk of corruption slander against administrative employees. We will also present the possibilities of obtaining external financial resources for the implementation of anticorruption projects in public institutions. In the second part of the meeting, the participants will have the opportunity to take part in practical workshops, during which experts will present how to build and implement effective tools to prevent corruption and malpractice.
The meeting is addressed especially to the representatives of public administration, scientific institutions, and non-governmental organizations interested in the subject matter of the event.
