On 11 October 2012 a seminar was held under the title “Who is watching us? Citizen under surveillance cameras”, organized by the Human Rights Defender in cooperation with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection and the Foundation Panoptykon. The meeting, during which his speech inter alia Dr. Zbigniew Rau, was devoted to the problems associated with the development of system for video monitoring and the search for possible legal solutions.
