Public information – additional date of PPHS training

We would like to inform you that the PPHS’ Training and Audit Department organises the online training entitled “Sharing Public Information in Practice”. The webinar will be held on March 15, 2021.

The course will cover the basic issues related to its main topic. In addition, the training program will be supplemented by the issue of the impact of the introduced legislation of 31 March 2020 on amendments to the law in connection with the prevention and combating of COVID-19 on the handling of cases under the Access to Public Information Act. In this context, PPHS experts will explain the issues in regards to the deadlines, forms and ways of making information available, as well as the handling of complaints for inaction and decision before the provincial administrative court.
