We would like to inform you that a scientific conference titled “Improvement of management systems in public institutions – effectiveness and efficiency of activities in the area of internal security” will be held on 21-22 October 2015 at the “ETERNITE” Wellness and Podlasie Folklore Center in Wólka Nadbużna. The conference is organized by the Warsaw School of Management – Higher School.
The conference is co-organized by:
- The Wroclaw University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Institute of Sociology, Department of Sociology of Dispositional Groups;
- The Warsaw University, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Department of Banking, Finance, and Accounting;
- Police Academy in Szczytno, Faculty of Administration, Department of Social Sciences;
- M.J. Karp Bug River Higher School in Siemiatycze, Faculty of Social Sciences.
The purpose of the conference is to present the results of the research and to share opinions and practical experiences concerning the use of the New Public Management concept, and activity-based budgeting and management control in public institutions that perform tasks in support of internal security.
