In an era where cybercrime continues to evolve and digital evidence becomes a cornerstone of modern investigations. That’s why we organise the Cybercrime.3 – Technologies (CP.3) conference scheduled for 26th–27th March 2025 at the Police Academy in Szczytno, Poland.

The upcoming event offers an ideal opportunity for Polish law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to explore improvements required in modern policing. CP.3 is set to bring together key stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities posed by digital crime.

Due to reaching the maximum number of available spots, registration for the CP.3 conference is now closed. If you would like to be added to the reserve list, please contact us at cp@ppbw.pl.

A Platform for Innovation and Collaboration

Jointly organised by the Polish Platform for Homeland Security (PPHS) in collaboration with the Police Academy in Szczytno, the Polish Naval Academy and the Foundation for Counteracting Cybercrime, CP.3 is a hub for exchanging knowledge, fostering innovation, and exploring strategies to empower law enforcement. The event is well-positioned to:

  • Highlight Training Gaps and Opportunities: With a focus on frontline policing needs and the welfare of digital investigators, CP.3 will spotlight the importance of integrating digital competencies into police training programs. This includes equipping new recruits with foundational skills to handle digital evidence effectively and confidently.
  • Showcase Cutting-Edge Solutions: Industry leaders and innovators will present tools and technologies to streamline digital investigations. The event’s exhibits will demonstrate practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency, from mobile forensic solutions to advanced data analysis systems.
  • Promote Knowledge Sharing: By facilitating dialogue between law enforcement professionals, policymakers, and technology providers, CP.3 aims to bridge the gap between strategic goals and frontline realities. This collaborative approach ensures that the solutions discussed are both actionable and sustainable.

Strengthening Capacity

PPHS is delighted to aid the organisation of CP.3, reflecting our commitment to advancing the capabilities of Polish LEAs. By curating an agenda that combines expert presentations, hands-on workshops, and interactive exhibits, CP.3 is creating a forum that addresses current challenges and prepares law enforcement for future threats.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Building Digital Skills: Advocating for enhanced training programs that equip officers with the tools and knowledge to combat cybercrime and protect themselves in the process.
  • Encouraging Collaborative Solutions: Facilitating partnerships between public and private sectors to ensure LEAs have access to state-of-the-art resources.
  • Driving Policy Innovation: Aligning strategies discussed at CP.3 with national and EU-level frameworks to promote a unified approach to digital policing.

Why CP.3 Matters for Polish LEAs

CP.3 represents an opportunity for Polish law enforcement to continue to modernise its approach to tackling cybercrime. By embracing the event’s themes and insights, LEAs will learn about:

  • Reducing investigative delays and backlogs by integrating advanced digital tools.
  • Empowering frontline officers to manage digital evidence with speed and precision.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability while looking after officer welfare
