Introducing Cybercrime.3

The CP.3 Conference has been postponed until the first quarter of 2025. Further details will be announced soon. Please feel free to submit your interest still. Thank you for your understanding.

The Police Academy in Szczytno, in cooperation with the Polish Naval Academy, the Foundation for Counteracting Cybercrime and the Polish Platform for Homeland Security, is organising the Cybercrime.3 (CP.3) Conference will be held in the first quarter of 2025 at the Police Academy in Szczytno.

The conference continues the efforts of the annual scientific conference PTXXI-2024, which took place in May at the Naval Academy in Gdynia.

The current edition will also follow in the footsteps of previous CP events and will be devoted to recognising, preventing and combating cyber-related crimes.

During the conference, we will address law enforcement's technical, organisational, and legal possibilities for obtaining digital evidence and to identify and prosecute perpetrators.

The conference caters for representatives of law enforcement agencies, state administration, financial and insurance sectors also interested in gathering and processing digital evidence. Through exchanging experiences, we aim to enrich participants' knowledge of modern technologies and good practices to prevent and combat cyber-related crimes.

As with previous editions of CP events, we expect roughly 200 participants- ranging from technical to strategic positions. Participants will have the opportunity to learn through presentations and dedicated workshops aimed for specific groups. Exhibition stands will provide an additional space to connect with industry suppliers and research projects.

Participation in the conference is free, and because the organisers are non-profit, there is a modest cost for technology providers to present their solutions.  A 30-minute presentation during the conference plenary session costs only €1,500 + 23% VAT, including a dedicated 45-minute workshop and an exhibition stand adjacent to the conference space.

Due to the event's international nature, the organisers provide simultaneous translation from English to Polish, meaning presenters can focus on delivering the best version of their presentation for English speakers.

Full details and the event's terms & conditions will be available soon.
