EU-HYBNET: An online meeting on hybrid threats
The Polish Platform for Homeland Security organises an online meeting, under the EU-HYBNET project, entitled “Countering hybrid threats –instruments, initiatives and recommendations.” The event will be held in Polish on 8th of December 2021.
The meeting aims to present the chosen projects and works of the Polish organisations dealing with hybrid threats, including disinformation. Additionally, the international project EU-HYBNET will be presented – the main objective of the project is to develop a European network to detect, prepare for and counter hybrid threats. The possibilities of joining the EU-HYBNET network will be discussed as well.
Implementation of this five-year-long project started in May 2020 and is financed by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Programme. The project is coordinated by Laurea University of Applied Sciences, whereas the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats is the main content coordinator for the EU-HYBNET.
The event is especially addressed to representatives of scientific institutions, research, private entities and non-governmental organisations interested in the meeting’s subject.
