About the project:

EU-CIP is a three-year project that aims to establish a novel pan-European knowledge network for Resilient Infrastructures, which will enable policymakers to shape and produce data‑driven evidence‑based policies, while boosting the innovation capacity of Critical Infrastructures operators, authorities, and innovators.

The initiative brings together 20 partners from different sectors that are part of European Cluster for Securing Critical Infrastructures. In order to maximize the impact of the project’s activities, EU-CIP consortium will establish an EU-wide Knowledge-Hub with advanced analytical and innovation support services. In addition, the project will establish a FAIR data observatory of research projects, outcomes, as well as technologies, standards, and policies.

Objectives of EU-CIP:

• Enhance Europe’s analytical capability regarding research outcomes, technologies, and policies – foster data-driven evidence-based policy and innovation development.
• Maximize the impact of R&I Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and Critical Infrastructure Resilience (CIR) Activities in Europe through innovation support and solutions validation services.
• Establish a Knowledge-Hub and create a vibrant ecosystem of interested and committed stakeholders around project’s results.
