In an era where cybercrime continues to evolve and digital evidence becomes a cornerstone of modern investigations. That’s why we organise the Cybercrime.3 – Technologies (CP.3) conference scheduled for 26th–27th March 2025 at the Police Academy in Szczytno, Poland.
The upcoming event offers an ideal opportunity for Polish law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to explore improvements required in modern policing. CP.3 is set to bring together key stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities posed by digital crime.
The conference continues the efforts of the annual scientific conference PTXXI-2024, which took place in May at the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia.
The conference caters for representatives of law enforcement agencies, state administration, financial and insurance sectors also interested in gathering and processing digital evidence. Through exchanging experiences, we aim to enrich participants' knowledge of modern technologies and good practices to prevent and combat cyber-related crimes.
Among the speakers, in addition to representatives of law enforcement agencies and government administration, there will also be experts in cybersecurity as well as companies providing the latest organisational and technical solutions to support the identification, prevention, and combating of this type of crime.
As with previous editions of CP events, we expect roughly 150 participants- ranging from technical to strategic positions. Participants will have the opportunity to learn through presentations and dedicated workshops aimed for specific groups. Exhibition stands will provide an additional space to connect with industry suppliers and research projects.
Due to the event's international nature, the organisers provide simultaneous translation from English to Polish.
With a focus on frontline policing needs and the welfare of digital investigators, CP.3 will spotlight the importance of integrating digital competencies into police training programs. This includes equipping new recruits with foundational skills to handle digital evidence effectively and confidently.
Industry leaders and innovators will present tools and technologies to streamline digital investigations. The event’s exhibits will demonstrate practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency, from mobile forensic solutions to advanced data analysis systems.
By facilitating dialogue between law enforcement professionals, policymakers, and technology providers, CP.3 aims to bridge the gap between strategic goals and frontline realities. This collaborative approach ensures that the solutions discussed are both actionable and sustainable.
Due to reaching the maximum number of available spots, registration for the CP.3 conference is now closed. If you would like to be added to the reserve list, please contact us at cp@ppbw.pl.

Dołączyłem do Platformy w listopadzie 2017 roku.
I’ve been working at PPHS since November 2017. For a long time, I was responsible for implementing both international and national security projects. As PPHS developed and the Communication Department was established, I was promoted to a role focused entirely on communication.
I currently serve as the Communication & Dissemination Manager for EU-funded security projects. My responsibilities also include managing the online channels run by PPHS and supporting the team with ongoing tasks.
I have a broad set of skills, enabling me to handle a variety of tasks such as content creation (texts, photos, videos), communication and process planning, community and relationship building, as well as managing online platforms.
