PPHS together with the National Research Institute (NASK) organises a panel on cybersecurity in higher education within the SECURE 2021 conference. The meeting will be held online on 20th October 2021.
The Polish Platform for Homeland Security organised the C-UAS Industry Day which was held online on 30th June 2021.
The i-LEAD project team recently organised the Research Day 2021, which ran online on 25th March 2021. The event was organised in association with the Europol Innovation Lab – PPHS was the host of the meeting; responsible for both technical and organisational matters.
Industry Days 2.0 were held online between 26th-30th October 2020. The event was organised within the i-LEAD European project. The Polish Platform for Homeland Security was responsible for coordinating and facilitating each session.
The conference “Radicalisation in Central and Eastern Europe – trends, challenges and opportunities to counteract” (RADPol2020) was held in the online formula on three Thursdays – 18th June 2020; 25th June 2020 and 2nd July 2020. The event was a joint initiative of three European projects: MINDb4ACT, CHAMPIONs and BRAVE.
On 27 February 2020 in Warsaw, the Polish Platform for Homeland Security (PPHS) organized another event for Law Enforcement Agencies, entitled “Secure mobile messenger”.
The second edition of the nationwide conference entitled “Effective prevention of corruption and other undesirable phenomena in public administration” took place on the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, on 9 December 2019, at the headquarters of the Stefan Batory Foundation in Warsaw. The event was organized by the Polish Platform for Homeland Security and the Anti-Corruption Academy.
On 7-8 November 2019 in Warsaw, law enforcement agencies, employees of public institutions, as well as science and business representatives took part in the first edition of the “Cybercrime.1 – Technologies” (“CP.1-Technologies”) conference. On the occasion of the International Mediation Day, on 17th October 2019 in the Primate’s Palace in Warsaw, PPHS organized a nationwide conference “The significance of peer mediation in the upbringing of children and youth – theoretical and practical aspects”. The event was organized in cooperation with a retired judge Anna Maria Wesołowska. The conference was held under the honorary patronage of the Polish Commisioner for Human Rights, habilitated doctor Adam Bodnar.
Partners of i-LEAD, members of Industry and interested LEAs from around Europe came together on the 5th November for the first edition of i-LEAD Industry Days in Helsinki, Finland.
