For the third consecutive year, the international analytical conference “Criminal Intelligence – New Trends in Analysis 2024” (CINTiA 2024) took place at the Faculty of Computer Science at AGH University in Krakow. The event provided a unique opportunity to learn about the latest solutions and tools supporting criminal intelligence analysis.
This year’s attendees included representatives from law enforcement agencies, the financial sector, academia, and technology providers, all gathered to share insights and discuss innovations in criminal intelligence. Elephanstastic, GIS Partner, and Innosystec GmbH supported the conference as Gold Partners, with Cogniware, Cognyte, Intersec, and MATIC SA as Silver Partners. Additionally, eleven other corporate participants joined.
Held from 24th to 26th September and co-organised with the AGH University in Krakow with the partnership of the CYCLOPES EU-funded project, this year’s CINTiA attracted over 300 participants – a record since the conference’s inception in 2022.
We are pleased that once again CINTiA attracted key technology suppliers in the field of criminal intelligence analysis. The main goal of this event was to foster connections between law enforcement, academia, and industry. Therefore, the presence of these companies was essential. Without their involvement, organising CINTiA would not have been possible.
The event offered more than just traditional conference panels. Alongside expert presentations, CINTiA 2024 provided hands-on workshops where participants explored practical aspects of specific technology solutions, as well as booths showcasing innovative tools designed for law enforcement agencies. As organisers, we aimed to create real value for attendees who dedicated three days to join us in Krakow.
CINTiA 2024 covered a wide range of topics within criminal intelligence analysis. Key areas of focus included lawful interception, criminal investigation, social media monitoring, cybersecurity, dark web intelligence, cryptocurrency transactions, digital forensics, and electronic surveillance. The event received highly positive feedback from participants and partners, confirming the impact and relevance of the discussions.
The conference was held under the Honorary Patronage of the Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Police, the Director of the Polish Government Centre for Security, the Head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, and the Head of the Internal Security Agency. Our media partners included Police Newspaper, Protection and Security Magazine, and InfoSecurity24.pl. Their trust and support were invaluable, motivating us to continue enhancing knowledge exchange and advancing improvements in the field of criminal intelligence.
As with every year, we prepared the CINTiA 2024 Conference Summary Report. We encourage you to read it for detailed insights about the event.
In response to the success of CINTiA 2024, we are excited to announce next year’s edition. Save the date – CINTiA 2025 will take place in Krakow from 23rd to 25th September 2025. We look forward to see you again!

Dołączyłem do Platformy w listopadzie 2017 roku.
I’ve been working at PPHS since November 2017. For a long time, I was responsible for implementing both international and national security projects. As PPHS developed and the Communication Department was established, I was promoted to a role focused entirely on communication.
I currently serve as the Communication & Dissemination Manager for EU-funded security projects. My responsibilities also include managing the online channels run by PPHS and supporting the team with ongoing tasks.
I have a broad set of skills, enabling me to handle a variety of tasks such as content creation (texts, photos, videos), communication and process planning, community and relationship building, as well as managing online platforms.
