We are pleased to announce that the Polish Platform for Homeland Security has started cooperating with the General Education School Complex No. 1 in Gorzow Wielkopolski in the field of counteracting radicalization in the school environment.
The aim of the cooperation is to develop and implement a Preventive Program provided by the Polish Platform for Homeland Security aimed at students, teachers and other staff of the School in the field of counteracting radicalization that leads to hate speech and discrimination. The scope of the program includes, among others, a diagnosis of the threat of radicalization in the school environment and identification of needs, development and implementation of the Preventive Program in cooperation with experts in this area and preparation of a package of prevention materials. A key element of the program will be the evaluation of the implemented activities.
The program will be implemented after receiving positive feedback from the Parents, Students and Pedagogical councils. The program will then begin and has a scheduled completion date of December 2021.
